After the excitement simmered down, we talked with our customer, Tom Martin, of SnagTights, about his experience finding a new phone number for his growing team.
So Tom, tell us about SnagTights
We are an e-commerce business from the UK. We sell tights that really fit, for women (and men) of all shapes and sizes.
Now that sounds right up our alley! I’m going to go place an order. Before I do that, what made you purchase a local number with NumberBarn?
We have recently established an office in the US and NumberBarn made it super easy for us to set up a US phone number for the team.
That’s incredible! What’s your favorite feature so far?
Voicemail and text to email. We are a virtual business, with staff around the world. Being able to have messages from the US number automatically forwarded to different team members as needed makes our life so much easier.
