Polly want a cracker?
Actually, Polly wants incoming caller ID options!
When you forward your number to your cell phone, how will you know that the call is coming from your NumberBarn number?
This guide will walk you through your options and show you how to set it up in your account.
You have two options when it comes to the caller ID to show on your phone when a number is forwarded:
- The Caller’s ID
- Your NumberBarn Number
Here’s how it works:
- You select the incoming caller ID you’d like to display as your NumberBarn phone number.
- When the call arrives on your phone, you’ll see that number on your phone. Note that NumberBarn does not provide the caller ID name for incoming calls.
- If you choose to see the NumberBarn number as the incoming caller ID, you’ll still have access to the caller’s number in your account call logs.
The video below guides you through the steps on how to configure this in your account.
